Mission Amateur Radio Emergency Services Society is a volunteer-run ham radio club based out of the Emergency Operations Centre at Mission Fire and Rescue Service headquarters, 33330 7th Avenue. Our call sign is VE7MIS.
We provide backup communications during emergencies, support public safety efforts, and promote amateur radio through training, education, and community involvement.
We meet on the first Monday of each month—come connect with us! Access is through the Emergency Operations Centre entrance at the back west corner of the Mission Fire Hall.
Can’t make it in person? No problem! When meetings aren’t happening, tune in to the Mission Simplex Net on 146.460 MHz
For the latest updates, meeting times, and net schedules, join our Facebook group and stay in the loop with all things MARESS!
